Co-founder and VP of Emerging Technologies
Alyx Kaczuwka is co-founder and VP of Emerging Technologies at Refinery Lab, focusing primarily on high-growth and early-stage technology companies. She is particularly fluent in digital marketing, digital product management and data analytics, and has helped companies in industries ranging from educational technology to telecommunications achieve digital success. She is passionate about trends – in data sets as well as in the broader market – and helping clients implement technologies that drive revenue and improve the customer experience, well ahead of the curve.
With broad experience working in fast start-up environments and large technology enterprises, Kim has been at the cutting edge of innovative, data-driven marketing strategies for the past 20 years. Kim is VP of Marketing at ID R&D and prior to that was VP of Corporate Marketing for Aspect Software, where she led the company’s lead generation and digital marketing organizations. She has also held senior-level marketing positions at Voxeo, MCI and Wachovia Bank. She is a Net Promoter Certified professional.

Theo Skhinas leads APAC Operations for Refinery Lab. He facilitates business transformations for our customers across the information technology, retail and automotive industries. He is passionate about helping our customers execute their product marketing strategies and gain insights to differentiate themselves and succeed in a competitive marketplace, implementing agile frameworks and data-driven marketing practices focussed on real business outcomes.
Director, Marketing Automation and Analytics
Bindu has a Masters degree in Computer Applications and Data Analytics, and is passionate about data architecture, CRM optimisation and lead generation. Her experience spans numerous industries such as finance, education, telecommunications and market research. In her free time, she enjoys playing as well as watching cricket and spending time with her baby girl, as well as work with charity organisations that support health and aged care.
